On September 16 and 17, SHD's 2025 Career Orientation Day took place with the participation of more than 400 new students. This is an important activity for young people to learn more about their chosen career, thereby clearly determining whether it is suitable for them or not, as well as seeing open career opportunities in the future.
On the afternoon of September 16, more than 100 new students attended the orientation session for the Engineering - Construction group. This is a field with a huge demand for human resources, providing many stable job opportunities and good income.

At the program, you will listen to specific sharing from SHD's Professional - Foreign Affairs team, thereby having a clear view of job positions in the industry, skill requirements, as well as development roadmap after vocational training.
In particular, the unexpected appearance of Ly Minh Son - a former student of SHD majoring in Metal Cutting, who officially departed the country on the same day, strongly inspired the new students. Son shared his journey, from the first days of learning the language, overcoming difficulties to holding the ticket in his hand, to affirm that this path can be completely successful if you persevere.
The most exciting atmosphere was the Q&A session. Many practical questions related to salary, promotion opportunities, and working conditions were answered enthusiastically, creating a warm connection between students and the team.
On the morning of September 16-17, more than 200 new students continued to attend the career orientation session in the Service industry. This is a dynamic field, closely related to daily life and always needs young, creative human resources with good service spirit.

Not only listening to the introduction, the students also directly participated in bonding games, practiced group work and discussed together, asking questions to the teachers. Through that, many students realized their strengths and weaknesses, and at the same time had more motivation to better prepare for the upcoming journey.

The orientation session also creates an opportunity for you to better understand whether you really love service work or not, and if you choose, what skills you need to equip yourself with to be able to develop long-term.
Healthcare has always been a key sector with an ever-increasing demand for human resources. According to the German Federal Ministry of Health, by 2030, the country will lack about 500,000 healthcare workers. This huge number opens up unprecedented opportunities for Gen Z Vietnam – especially the 2K7 young people who have just graduated from high school and are eager to conquer the European dream.
During the orientation session on the afternoon of September 17, students watched special videos from former students who are currently working in hospitals and nursing homes abroad. Their honest sharing about work, life, and the joy of helping patients moved many young people and made them more determined to pursue the profession.

In addition to the general information about the program, SHD's Professional - Foreign Affairs team also directly accompanied the students. Here, students were not only equipped with basic knowledge about the profession and selection criteria in Germany, but also clearly introduced to long-term study and work opportunities. The lively Q&A session helped students relieve their concerns, solve practical problems and gain more confidence for the journey ahead.
Through this orientation, many of you have clearly seen your suitability for the healthcare industry, and at the same time understood that this profession not only brings career opportunities, but is also a meaningful job, closely associated with the spirit of humanity.
After 2 days of events, the SHD 2025 Career Orientation Day has truly become an important "stepping stone" for new students to embark on their journey of vocational study in Germany.

With the support of the Business and Foreign Affairs Department, students were given specific answers about the profession, job opportunities, and challenges to prepare for. Through this, students not only understand the profession, but also know how to evaluate whether they are suitable or not.
This is extremely meaningful. Because when choosing the right career, with careful preparation, each of you will be more confident in studying, more persistent in training and more steady when entering the working environment later.
SHD believes that: today's orientation is a solid foundation for you to continue writing your dreams in the future. Wishing more than 400 new students to always maintain the spirit of determination, perseverance and faith in the chosen path.
