SEED Talk by SHD #1: Inspiration, Continuing Passion to Conquer a Career in Germany with SHD Alumni

On the morning of June 5, the first SEED Talk by SHD officially took place with the participation of SHD's Board of Directors, more than 100 students and a special guest - Nguyen Minh Tri, a former SHD student currently studying in his 2nd year at BiW - the leading Construction training group in Germany.

This is not just an exchange session, but a touch that awakens thinking, opening up a practical and real career journey, inspired by the people involved.

SEED Talk by SHD – A “bedside” talk show for young people who want to make their German dream come true

SEED Talk is a series of educational and career-oriented talkshows dedicated to young people on their journey to conquer Germany. with 4 pillars of comprehensive development:

SHD officially launches the series “SEED Talk by SHD” – Sow seeds today, reap tomorrow

At SEED Talk, you will meet inspiring faces:

• Former SHD students – Young people who used to live and work in Germany, now return to share real stories, real journeys. All are told through personal experiences and courage.
• SHD Excellent Student – The “warriors” who passed the B1 level and passed the interview right away. They will share their secrets to learning German, test taking tips and strategies to conquer employers from A to Z.
• Experts from Germany – Perspective from an industry insider: career trends, career opportunities, what factors German employers really need.

SEED Talk promises to be a spiritual support and provide a practical "map" for those who are nurturing the "German dream" with concrete actions.

SEED Talk #1: Build a path for yourself to move forward

The first episode of SEED Talk by SHD aired on June 5 with special guest Nguyen Minh Tri - former SHD student of Construction, with the topic "Build a road, for yourself to continue".

Once a shy boy, after 2 years of training in Germany, Minh Tri returned to SHD with a more mature and confident version. Minh Tri did not talk about success - but shared a real journey: determination, experiences, and pride when studying vocational training in Germany.

With perseverance and courage, Tri has achieved proud milestones:

•  Get German B1 certificate on the first try
•  Departure on schedule
•  Currently a 2nd year student at BiW - Germany's leading Construction vocational training group, majoring in Betonfertigteilbauer (Precast Concrete)
• And especially, Tri appeared in a German magazine as a typical example of a Vietnamese international student.

“I made the right choice.” – That is the conclusion after Minh Tri's 3-year journey from class at SHD to construction site in Germany.

The emotion of Mr. Le Trung Quan - Operations Director of SHD Education, who has accompanied Minh Tri since the early days - showed the true meaning of the program: “Germany has trained me to be brave. And today, Tri has used that bravery to motivate the next generation of students.”
