The period 2022 - 2025 marks an important step forward in SHD's international cooperation. As a connecting and implementing unit, SHD has signed many multi-party cooperation agreements with the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the Mekong Delta provinces, domestic banks, as well as state governments and businesses in Germany. These agreements have laid the foundation for the implementation of vocational study and employment programs in Germany, and formed a close cooperation ecosystem between the German government - businesses - partners, creating comprehensive conditions for local students to access long-term study and work opportunities in Europe's leading economy.
Not stopping at signing domestic agreements, SHD has coordinated many business trips with leaders of Mekong Delta provinces to Germany, working directly in the states of Sachsen, Thuringia, Saarland, Sachsen-Anhalt... opening up opportunities for sustainable cooperation in human resource training.

In particular, on November 25, 2024, SHD, together with the Harz regional government (Saxony-Anhalt state) and the IB International Federation, signed a tripartite cooperation agreement to provide high-quality training programs for Vietnamese students, ensuring comprehensive support from administrative procedures, accommodation, to post-graduation employment in Germany. This event was even more meaningful when witnessed by the Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany, Mr. Dang Hoang Linh, and the leaders of Soc Trang province, affirming the support from the diplomatic agency and local government for expanding opportunities for young Vietnamese human resources in Germany.
These cooperation events not only bring practical benefits to young Vietnamese people but also meet the urgent demand for labor force in Germany, especially in the medical, technical and service sectors. The young human resources trained by SHD have quickly affirmed their capacity, contributing to the sustainable development of the German economy, while reducing domestic employment pressure and enhancing the position of Vietnamese labor in the international arena.
