Training Program at Anona – The Door to a Sustainable Career

Anona opens up intensive training opportunities exclusively for SHD Academy students. During the training period here, students will practice directly with dedicated guidance from a team of experienced instructors, helping you easily absorb and practice proficiently. 

The special feature of Anona's training program is that students will alternate between 6 to 8 weeks of study at the company and 3 to 4 weeks at the vocational school in Dresden, creating a harmonious combination of theory and practice.

In addition to free tuition, SHD students at Anona enjoy many attractive benefits such as internship salary up to:

• 1,050 € in the first year
• 1,115 € in the second year
• 1,200 € in the third year, reserved for students pursuing advanced studies as Food Technologists

Career Opportunities and Advancement

After completing 2 years of training as a Machine and System Operator Technician, students who pass the graduation exam with a 3* score can continue to improve their qualifications for another year to become a Food Technologist.

For these positions, graduate salaries range from €2,400 to €3,350 depending on qualifications and experience. Anona also offers in-house training courses, enabling students to progress further in their careers to positions such as line leader or shift leader.
