However, to meet the increasing needs of students as well as the strong globalization trend, SHB has decided to transform into SHD - a more comprehensive ecosystem, with an expanded focus not only on vocational study abroad but also on deeper development in career orientation and opportunities for long-term settlement in Germany.

September 13, 2024 marks an important turning point when the SHB brand officially transforms into the SHD ecosystem with a higher, more comprehensive mission. Aiming for a development vision to become a leading unit in the education system, human resources, and career solutions, contributing to the sustainable development and prosperity of the community.

Specifically, the SHD ecosystem will include 5 member companies: SHD Education, SHD Academy, SHD Career, SHD Service, SHD Investment. The units will coordinate and provide all services for language training and introduction of German culture; vocational training in Germany; recruitment of highly skilled workers and experts from Vietnam to work in Germany; providing services in the Federal Republic of Germany and carrying out investment activities, promoting Vietnam - Germany investment.

Each unit specializes in its own field, but at the same time connects and cooperates closely to bring students the best solutions, from learning language and culture, to opportunities to settle and develop a long-term career in Germany.
