Career Orientation Day – SHD Career Day 2025 – SHD-Karrieretag 2025 has ended, but the echoes and positive energy of the event will certainly linger for a long time in the hearts of all who participated. 

With the participation of hundreds of students, this year's program has truly become a colorful playground, where professional knowledge, practical experience, cultural exchange and young talent converge in a single day.

Talkshow "Getting into the swing of the profession - Turn on the integration mood"

SHD Career Day opened with an inspirational talkshow with the theme "Getting in the groove of the career - Turning on the integration mood" with the participation of 3 speakers:

• Dr. Vo Xuan Tien - Lecturer, training expert in Engineering - Technology, studied and worked in Germany for many years.
• Ms. Lanh Huyen Nhu - CEO of SHD GmbH, many years of experience in international human resource development projects.
• Mr. Tran Thanh Dien - Former student of SHD Construction, currently studying and working in Germany.

Along with useful information about the German Vocational Study Abroad program, the Talkshow is built as a journey to open the door for students to better understand themselves and the path ahead.

The experts sat down and shared real stories – from their journey of studying and working in Germany to their cultural integration experiences. The students also received detailed answers about their journey of studying vocational training in Germany from the speakers. All of this created a multidimensional picture of career opportunities for young Vietnamese people.

The most special thing is that, through the talk show, many students realized that: to be successful in Germany, not only professional knowledge is needed but also careful preparation in language, spirit and life skills. Program: Experience the profession, understand yourself - know the profession - build the future

While the morning session gives students a broader perspective, the afternoon session is the time for them to directly “touch” the profession. In the Career Experience program, students are divided into groups according to their chosen industry: from nursing, service to engineering and construction.

The experience areas are designed as a miniature model of the actual working environment in Germany. Nursing students are instructed in basic care operations, engineering students try out machine operation simulation exercises, while service group students have the opportunity to experience customer service situations.

The atmosphere in the experience areas is extremely exciting. Students not only get to try their hand, but also receive enthusiastic guidance from lecturers and experts, and have their questions answered on the spot. This is an opportunity for each person to ask themselves: am I really suitable for this career? Do I have enough perseverance to go all the way? Vietnamese - German cultural and culinary exchange

Along with professional activities, SHD Career Day also provides an open space for students to experience the cultures of Vietnam and Germany. At the food stalls, students can enjoy traditional dishes such as German sausages, German beer, and familiar Vietnamese dishes.

In addition, the cultural exchange corners helped young people understand more about the differences and intersections between the two cultures. This was not only an interesting experience, but also an important stepping stone for students to prepare for the integration journey when arriving in Germany.

The most visible thing is everyone's smiles and excitement when they can learn, play, enjoy food and music in a friendly and close-knit atmosphere.

Das SuperTalent SHD 2025 Final

As the sky darkens, the Career Day stage becomes brighter than ever with the Das SuperTalent SHD 2025 Final. This is an annual talent competition where SHD students can freely express their passion, personality and creativity.

This year, the stage witnessed a variety of performances: from singing, dancing, short plays to fashion shows and musical instruments. Each performance had its own mark, not only showing artistic talent but also the confidence and solidarity of the young generation of SHD.

The audience continuously applauded the explosive, creative and emotional performances. This was also an opportunity for students to affirm that: besides learning German, they can also shine with their own talent and personal qualities.

After a long day of activities, SHD Career Day ended with a vibrant DJ Music Fest. Catchy tunes, bright lights and explosive atmosphere turned the night into a real music party.
