For Professional Nurses: working continuously for 174 hours/month will result in a basic monthly salary of approximately 3,175.5 Euros by the end of 2023.

For Nurses/ Nursing Assistants with training: working 174 hours/month will receive a basic monthly salary of approximately 2,653.5 Euros by the end of 2023.

For untrained nurses/nursing assistants: this increase in the minimum wage will see the basic monthly salary of untrained nursing staff increase to 2,462.1 Euro by the end of 2023.

The above salaries are all before tax. However, in addition to the basic salary, nurses in Germany also receive other non-taxable benefits such as: night shift allowance, overtime allowance, holiday and Sunday allowance, etc.
